Hobby Lobby - Farmington, MO
In 2015, Taylor Engineering LLC assembled the site development plans for Hobby Lobby off Highway 67, including the site layout, grading, utility, and erosion control plans. Our site plans consisted of the approximate 51,000-square-foot building, a 162-stall parking lot, utilities, and a retaining wall. We also performed materials testing and construction inspections, and our survey team prepared a subdivision plat for the development.
West County R-IV Elementary Addition, Gym & Safe Room - Leadwood, MO
In 2024, Taylor Engineering LLC partnered with Hoener Associates Inc. to assist with designing an addition, gymnasium, and safe room for West County Elementary School. We assembled the site development plans, which consisted of the site layout, demolition, grading, dimension, and utility plans. Our site plans included an approximate 10,000-square-foot building, parking lot, drive lane, stormwater system, and retaining walls.
