Starting in 2003, Taylor Engineering LLC assembled site plans for multiple residential projects on Highway H, including five different developments: Hilltop Apartments (3-Story Apartments), Rockwood Condos (3700-Square-Foot Duplex Condos), Boulder Ridge Subdivision (52, 1/4-Acre Lots), Autumn Chase Subdivision (47, 1/4+ Acre Lots), and Cherry Creek Condos (Single, Free-Standing Units). Our site plans consisted of the streets, sewer/water systems, and more.
